Malinka Zibilich is a Swiss artist born in Geneva in 1996. Her passion for painting began at an early age, sparked by an unexpected encounter while babysitting. Discovering that the child’s mother was a painter, Malinka asked if she could be paid for her work with painting lessons. Under the guidance of her mentor, she developed a deep understanding of abstract painting techniques and gradually began to shape a distinctive artistic language of her own.
Over the years, Malinka’s passion for painting continued to grow, leading her to exhibit her work across Geneva and become increasingly involved in the city’s vibrant artistic community. She later co-founded ART UP GVA, an association dedicated to supporting Geneva’s art scene and, in particular, bringing visibility to emerging artists from the region.
Following her growing recognition in Switzerland, Malinka has now chosen to settle in Dubai, where she continues to develop her artistic practice and explore new creative horizons within the city’s dynamic and flourishing art community.
